Fire at Tremont Lodge

In case you have not heard yet, the Event Center (aka the beautiful log cabin in the middle of the property where we had registration, social events, and classes in the Worlds Fair Room) burned to the ground last night. It is a complete loss, but no one was hurt and no other part of the property was damaged at all. They are not sure how the fire started and it is currently under investigation. The Summit for this year will move ahead as planned, we will just have to juggle some of our meeting space plans since they will not be able to replace this building before November. I'm thankful for all of the wonderful memories created in this building with you all and while I'm sad that it is gone, I'm happy that we got to experience time in it and it served as a great and beautiful place for us to come together.
